You're in.
Let me show you your first plunge.
Fill → Chill → Pour → Enter → Breathe → Notice
45 to 60°F. Around 50°F is my sweet spot.
30 seconds to 5 minutes. Around 2 minutes is my sweet spot.
Never hold it. I exhale slowly as I go in, and keep breathing the whole time.
Ice goes in the Water Vessel, not the Basin, unless it's fully melted.
Once daily is where the practice starts. Morning. Midday. Before something that matters. After a workout. And at the end of the day, when the static has been building since breakfast.
What did you notice?
This is the part I care about most. Real people, real plunges, and no two the same.
“I entered a dream state in there.”
“I felt tense at first. Then… I was able to relax.”
“The breathing was actually easier than I thought.”
“It was refreshing without the brain freeze.”
“My skin feels warm and tingly.”
“Normally you can only stay under as long as you can hold your breath. Here you have the ability to breathe through.”
“So can we buy these?”
“Okay, where can I buy it?”
This is your practice now.
See what you notice.
