Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
International shipping is coming. Add your email at plunji.com and we’ll tell you the moment we ship to your country.
Pre-order shipping timeline
The first Plunji Ritual Systems are currently in production. Our manufacturer estimates the first shipment will arrive in Los Angeles in mid-October 2026, and we expect to begin shipping to customers in October 2026.
These dates are estimates. The shipment has not yet departed, and international freight timelines can move. We would rather give you an honest estimate than a comfortable one.
Orders are fulfilled in the order they were received. You’ll be emailed the day your system leaves Los Angeles, with tracking.
If we’re delayed
If we can’t ship within the timeframe above, we’ll email you before the estimated date passes with a revised estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund. If you don’t respond, we’ll hold your order — and you can still cancel at any point before it ships, for any reason, and receive a full refund.
You never lose the right to cancel a pre-order that hasn’t shipped.
Shipping methods and cost
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected method. Any promotional free shipping offer will be applied automatically.
Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your system leaves our
facility. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show movement.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows delivered but you don’t have your package, check with neighbors and your building first, then email hello@plunji.com within 7 days. We’ll open a carrier investigation and work with you toward a resolution.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address before a system ships — email hello@plunji.com as early as possible. Once shipped, we can’t reroute. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address will be reshipped at your cost or refunded less shipping.
