Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

International shipping is coming. Add your email at plunji.com and we’ll tell you the moment we ship to your country.

Processing
Orders ship from Los Angeles and are fulfilled in the order they are received. You'll be emailed the day your order ships, with tracking.

Shipping methods and cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected method. Any promotional free shipping offer will be applied automatically.

Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your system leaves our facility. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show movement.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered but you don’t have your package, check with neighbors and your building first, then email hello@plunji.com within 7 days. We’ll open a carrier investigation and work with you toward a resolution.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address before a system ships — email hello@plunji.com as early as possible. Once shipped, we can’t reroute. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address will be reshipped at your cost or refunded less shipping.
